My name is Matthias Jessl, dedicated to pioneering sustainable and innovative solutions in the tourism and hospitality industry. With international exposure and two master's degrees underpinning my expertise, I've been fortunate to impact the sector through education, consultancy and project management.
Currently engaged in top-noch management consultancy and recently finished advances studies in Real Estate - Investment and Valuation at the Technical University of Vienna, I blend academic insights with practical experience to drive forward-looking strategies. My passion lies in bridging cultures, fostering sustainable development and crafting experiences that not only respect out environment but also enhance economic viability.

In my work in the hospitality sector, particularly in the DACH and CEE markets, I support developers, investors and operators with real estate projects, both in city and leisure areas. My specialised knowledge of these markets is reflected in successful projects in Prague, Budapest and Montenegro, including 4-5 star establishments and ambitious developments in the Austrian Alps and Southern Germany.
These experiences highlight my expertise in performance management, USALI forecasting and working on successful searches and negotiations with operators and investors.
Innovation within serviced apartments
My passion for serviced apartments is evident in my contribution to the annual Serviced Apartment Report and various accommodation projects from conception to establishment in DACH and CEE regions. My work includes forecasting, concept development and collaboration with operators from local to international brands. Publications in trade journals and participation in industry conferences highlight my commitment to the future of temporary living.
